The Silvercreek Profit Sharing Program!

Silvercreek is pleased to announce an innovative new profit sharing program for all our agents.  Simply put, for each new agent that you refer to Silvercreek you will receive $100 each time that agent closes a transaction (for the first 20 full fee transactions earned during the agents anniversary period each year).  It doesn't matter whether the agent is on the buying side, selling side or both, every closed transaction paid to an agent you referred to Silvercreek earns you $100.  This residual will continue as long as both you and the referred agent remain with Silvercreek.

*Please note that on referral fees or situations where a full transaction fee is not collected there will not be any profit sharing fee paid to the referring agent.

Consider the following example:
1.  Agent X refers 6 agents per year over a 5 year period
2.  Each of those referred agents closes 1 transaction per month
3.  At the end of 5 years Agent X earns a monthly profit sharing income of $3,000 per month.  That's $36,000 at year 5!
4.  The total income Agent X will have received over that 5 year period would be $108,000!

Keep in mind, we are not asking you to land these agents, we are just asking for a referral and a nudge.  We believe that Silvercreek is a great organizations and getting better all the time.  Once you introduce your friends to Silvercreek we will do our part to land them!

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the agent referal form is not completed by all parties within 30 days of the agent joining than no profit sharing fee will be paid. This policy is strictly enforced, so please track the signatures and make sure it is delivered on time.
