In case you did not hear the company announcement, ToolkitCMA is an Internet-based service that enables you to quickly and easily create high-impact marketing materials, including:

Listing presentations with picture CMA and mapping
Buyer presentations and buyer tours with mapping
Property flyers
Option to email a link for presentations and flyers
Microsoft PowerPoint® compatible slideshow listing presentation
Automatically merges property content, including photos, downloaded from your MLS into ToolkitCMA documents

Realty Tools has created a special ToolkitCMA web-page that illustrates every page of each presentation included with your account.
